CTO Marta Guardiola receives the Salvà i Campillo Prize for Entrepreneurship

In the Night of Telecommunications and Information Technology, Marta Guardiola has been awarded with the Salvà i Campillo Prize for Entrepreneurship, which has been delivered in an act with 900 professionals from the ICT sector by the company Econocom Nexica.

MiWEndo’s CTO Marta Guardiola is the co-inventor of the microwave-based technology for the detection of colorectal cancer in which the company works. Dr. Guardiola has been recognised with other awards and recognitions such as the medal of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the 2020 ICT Woman Award and she has been awarded by the Academy for Women Entrepreneur, among others.
